Expect a prolonged period of rain and temperatures 20 to 25 degrees below normal. Snow will accumulate above 8000 feet impacting roads including the Beartooth Highway. This moisture may cause rivers to rise early next week. * ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...Isolated strong thundersotrms are expected this afternoon mainly south and east of Bilings.
