For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and north central Montana. * WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM MST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 11 AM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
