...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN FORSYTH AND
NORTHWESTERN GUILFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 702 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pine Hall, or near Walnut Cove, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Stokesdale, Walkertown,
Sedge Garden, Colfax, Belews Creek, and Belews Lake.

There is a slight risk (level 2 of 4) of flash flooding this
afternoon and evening associated with scattered, slow moving
thunderstorms. In addition, there is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5)
of damaging wind gusts this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Isolated flash flooding is possible again Tuesday afternoon and
evening, and a marginal risk (level 1 of 4) of flash flooding is in
place.
