AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations up to three
  tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...For the snow threat: highest risk in Greene, Pitt, Martin,
  Washington, Tyrrell, and Beaufort counties. For the ice threat:
  highest risk in Martin, Washington, Pitt, Beaufort, Green, Lenoir,
  Craven, Pamlico, Jones, Duplin, and inland Onslow counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
