* WHAT...Temperatures falling into the mid 30s will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...Madison, Yancey, Swain, Haywood, Buncombe, Graham,
  Jackson, Macon, and Transylvania Counties in North Carolina.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated spots, particularly in the
  valleys, may fall to freezing.
