  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia and western North

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

...The Flood Advisory is now in effect until early tomorrow
afternoon...

The Flood Advisory continues for
  the French Broad River Near Fletcher.
* Until Saturday afternoon.
* At 9:47 AM EDT Friday the stage was 12.5 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to return to within it`s banks on
  Saturday.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Glenn Bridge Park river access is
  experiencing minor flooding.  Westfeldt Park is experiencing
  scattered flooding.  French Broad River floodwaters are causing
  isolated to widely scattered farmland flooding. Butler Bridge Road
  is flooded.
