* WHAT...Temperatures falling into the lower to middle 30s will
  result in areas of frost formation.

* WHERE...The mountains of western North Carolina and Rabun
  County in northeast Georgia.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated spots, particularly in sheltered
  valleys, may see temperatures briefly fall to the freezing
  mark.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
