This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for western North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light snow showers will affect the higher elevations of the North
Carolina mountains beginning this evening and continuing through
daybreak Thursday. Elevations above 4000 feet are expected to
receive around an inch of accumulating snow during this time.
Roadways could become slick and drivers are urged to use caution.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
