This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Strong wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph combined with low relative
humidities will result in increased fire danger on Friday.

Low temperatures on Saturday morning will generally fall into the
mid 30s across the Piedmont with lower temperatures possible in the
typically colder spots. These temperatures will likely result in
areas of frost.

A chance of severe storms and locally heavy rainfall will follow on
Sunday.

...Increased Fire Danger on Friday...

Low relative humidity of 20 to 30 percent and wind gusts up to 20
to 30 mph on Friday will lead to increased fire danger, from mid
morning through Friday afternoon. Adverse fire behavior is
possible, and outdoor burning is discouraged.
