This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A low pressure system is forecasted to move across the area Saturday
night into Sunday bringing periods of heavy rain with possible
localized flooding in low lying areas, gusty winds, and possible

The combination of long period swells and elevated water levels will
bring the threat for dune erosion or overwash to vulnerable portions
of the Outer Banks.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
