This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and
evening. Some storms may become strong to severe with damaging wind
gusts and large hail the primary threat but an isolated tornado
cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Heat indices are forecast to reach into the low 100s Friday and


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
