TODAY...

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of western and central North Dakota, including
  the Missouri River Valley.

* WHEN...Until Noon CDT/11 AM MDT/ today.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The fog may deposit a thin layer of ice on
  roads, sidewalks and parking lots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you. Be extra cautious at uncontrolled
intersections and railroad crossings.
