EVENING TO NOON CST /11 AM MST/ MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 35
  below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of western and central North Dakota, south and
  west of Lake Sakakawea and the Missouri River.

* WHEN...From 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/ this evening to Noon CST /11 AM
  MST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate winter
clothing.
