EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Norman and West Polk Counties. In North
  Dakota, Grand Forks and Traill Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North
Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow ends this morning. North winds gusting to 35 mph will cause
blowing snow and reduced visibility at times mid morning thru the
afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Wintry mix possible Tuesday morning may cause minor travel
impacts.

Signal for potentially heavier precipitation late next week and
into the weekend. There is roughly a 10 percent chance of
widespread minor winter impacts.
