For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes. Cold wind chills to -35 are expected overnight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Bitterly cold wind chills will continue throughout the day on Saturday, and then drop even further Saturday night into Sunday. Extreme cold will remain across the area through the weekend into Monday and Tuesday.
