...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST /11 AM MST/
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Life threatening wind chills as low as 60 below zero.

* WHERE...All of western and central North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in minutes, and hypothermia shortly thereafter.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions may briefly improve during the
  afternoon hours each day.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Limit time outdoors. If you are planning to be outside, be sure to
dress in layers, covering all exposed skin. Carry a winter survival
kit and notify others if you are planning travel.
