* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Snowmelt in...
  Dickey County in southeastern North Dakota...

* Until 1030 AM CDT Friday.

* At 1045 AM CDT, emergency management reported overland flooding in
  the warned area due to snowmelt. Overland flooding is already
  occurring.

* Overland flooding is impacting rural roads.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rural areas of central and eastern Dickey County, including the
  communities of Oakes, Ellendale, Fullerton, Ludden, Monango,
  Guelph and Glover.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
