Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Dangerously cold wind chills 40 to 50 below zero are expected this
morning. After a period of improvement this afternoon they will
fall back to the 40 to 50 below range after 9 PM this evening
continuing through the night.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Dangerously cold wind chills 40 to 50 below zero are expected
through 10 AM Wednesday.

CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills in the 40 below to 50 below
  zero range this morning and again tonight into Wednesday morning.
  This afternoon and early evening will see wind chills improve into
  the 20 below to 30 below zero range.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west
  central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...Extreme Cold Warning until noon CST today. Another extreme
  cold warning in effect from 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 50 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
