This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and
north central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

A strong storm system will move into the area today and tonight.
This will bring a strong cold front with gusty winds up to 30 mph
beginning late this afternoon through tonight.

Rain will mix with, then change to snow tonight across the
northwest Sandhills. Light snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches
are possible along the Pine Ridge.

Thunderstorms, with hail up to quarter size, is also possible
mainly east of a line from Springview through Ewing.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

A mix of rain and snow may linger into Wednesday morning across
northern Nebraska. Little or no new accumulations are expected.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
