Snow will develop tonight and spread southeast from the northern Nebraska Panhandle, into the Sandhills and central Nebraska. Snow accumulations tonight of 1 to 3 inches are likely. Wind chills tonight generally 10 to 15 below zero. Potential for wind chills 20 below zero or colder north of Hwy 2 into Monday morning. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. A long duration snow event is expected Monday through Tuesday night across western and north central Nebraska. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are possible across portions of the Sandhills into southwestern Nebraska. The heaviest accumulation looks to be across the Sandhills. Dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills will persist from Monday into Thursday. The coldest mornings will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday when wind chill values between 20 and 30 below zero or colder are expected. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
