This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Tuesday

A few strong to severe storms may move into portions of northeast
Nebraska toward midnight, generally west of a Schuyler to Wayne
line. Strong winds of 50 to 65 mph will be the primary hazard.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday night through Monday

There is a slight risk of severe storms again on Tuesday night
across southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Isolated occurrences
of large hail and damaging winds are possible, as is locally heavy

Periods of thunderstorm activity are possible Wednesday through
Sunday, but it is to soon to pinpoint any periods with a greater
severe risk.

Hot weather is expected this upcoming weekend. High temperatures
in the mid to upper 90s are forecast with afternoon heat indices
potentially reaching 105 to 107.


Spotter activation will probably not be needed tonight or Tuesday.
