This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Monday

The dangerous heat continues through this afternoon, with heat
indices of 99 to 107. An Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect
until 7 pm. The strong winds will also persist with gusts of 40
to 45 mph likely. A Wind advisory is in effect until 8 pm for
much of eastern Nebraska today.

A few strong to severe storms are possible in northeast Nebraska
this evening. Damaging winds and large hail will be the primary
hazards.

Rain and thunderstorms are likely on Monday evening along a
stalled front. Some severe weather is possible as is heavy rain
and localized flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday night through Sunday

The front will linger in the area for much of the upcoming
workweek, leading to repeated showers and storms. Flooding and
severe weather are possible.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
