Extreme cold warnings and cold weather advisories are in effect. Another round of snow will push across southeast Nebraska near the Kansas border. Additional accumulations of 0-2 inches will be possible. The highest accumulations will be along the Nebraska- Kansas border with snow chances decreasing northward. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Bitterly cold wind chills are expected over a prolonged period from Wednesday through Friday.
