This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...east central Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow will overspread east-central and southeast Nebraska as
well as portions of southwest Iowa this afternoon and continue
into this evening. Snowfall amounts from a trace up to an inch or
so are possible with the highest amounts north of I-80. The snow
could have minor impacts on the evening commute.

Ice jam flooding remains a concern along the Platte River between
North Bend and Venice. Minor flooding is ongoing near the Highway
64 and 77 bridges, with smaller road closures. Given the colder
temperatures, continued flooding and fluctuations in river levels
are possible through at least Friday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Active weather may return next week, but it is to early to
determine any potential impacts.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.
