This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A wind advisory is in effect for portions of eastern Nebraska and
southwest Iowa today. South winds may gust up to 45 mph at times
through this afternoon.

Isolated non-severe thunderstorms are possible over southeast
Nebraska and southwest Iowa tonight as a cold front moves into
the region.

Minor to moderate flooding will continue along the Missouri River
above Lewis and Clark Lake, and from Plattsmouth southward past
Rulo.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Widely scattered non-severe thunderstorms are forecast Sunday
afternoon and night as another strong front moves into the area.

And finally, strong northwest winds of 35 to 45 mph will be
possible Sunday night into Monday.

Minor to moderate flooding will continue along the Missouri River
above Lewis and Clark Lake, and from Plattsmouth southward past
Rulo.

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Nebraska and
  southwest and west central Iowa.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through areas where water covers the road.  The
water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to pass safely.
Turn around...don`t drown!
