This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Light snowfall accumulation of a dusting to a few tenths of an inch
is possible this afternoon through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Off and on light snow is possible Tuesday daytime.

The greatest snow chances of the week will occur Tuesday evening
through Wednesday daytime. A Winter Storm Watch has been expanded to
now include our southern most row of counties in Nebraska as well as
our six north central Kansas counties. Accumulations in the Winter
Storm Watch area could possibly see amounts between 6 and 9 inches.
Please refer to the Watch statement for more details.

For counties north of the Watch, accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are
currently expected. Winds during this event will mainly be below 20
MPH, limiting the potential for blowing snow.

Wind chills below zero degrees will start Monday night, returning
each night through the rest of the week. The overall coldest wind
chills appear to be Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with the
greatest coverage of values between -10 to -20 degrees.

Although still of low confidence, anther chance for wintry
precipitation could arrive Friday night into Saturday.
