This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible today. Severe storms are
not expected. but small hail could occur this afternoon across
east central and southeast Nebraska and western Iowa.

Strong winds are forecast this afternoon and evening as a very
strong area of low pressure moves through the region. Northwest
winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph are expected. A wind
advisory has been posted for much of the area from Noon through
midnight tonight.

Locally heavy rainfall up to one and one half inches inches could
occur in northeast Nebraska today as well.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There could be some minor flooding along the North Fork of the
Elkhorn River Sunday into Monday, and along the Missouri River
from Nebraska City southward Monday into Wednesday.


Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
