* WHAT...Temperatures in the lower to mid 30s may result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In New Hampshire, Northern Grafton, Northern Carroll
  and Southern Grafton Counties. In Maine, Southern Franklin,
  Southern Oxford, Interior Cumberland Highlands, Central
  Somerset and Southern Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
