...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern
Rockingham, Hillsborough and southeastern Merrimack Counties through
915 PM EDT...

At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Francestown to Milford to near Shirley.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Merrimack, Salem, Bedford, Milford,
Hooksett, Amherst, Litchfield, Hollis, New Boston, Mont Vernon,
Greenfield, Lyndeborough, Francestown, Goffstown, Deering, Mount
Vernon and Weare.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 293 between mile markers 1 and 11.
 Interstate 93 between mile markers 2 and 34.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Maine, southwest Maine, New
Hampshire, central New Hampshire, northern New Hampshire and
southern New Hampshire.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

A cold front may bring a line of storms into New England this
evening. While these storms would be trending weaker as they arrive,
they would also bring gusty winds with potential for isolated
damaging wind gusts and hail.

The combination of rainfall and snowmelt will lead to river and
stream rises through tonight. Minor flooding cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Winds will continue to be gusty behind the front into Sunday with
gusts near 40 mph possible.
