...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 1 PM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 2
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of northern to southern New Jersey, southeast
  Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain develops late tonight then mixes with
  and changes to snow during the early morning hours of Thursday.
  Temperatures are forecast to drop to near freezing during the
  Thursday morning commute.
