   Winter Weather Advisory.

Behind a strong storm system west to northwest winds will increase
with gusts to 45 mph or stronger Sunday night through Monday night.
This, combined with the cold air temperatures could also lead to cold
weather headlines with wind chills dropping to -15F by Monday night.

* WHERE...Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Genesee, Wyoming,
  Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to 1 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
