This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Snow will overspread the area very late tonight and Tuesday morning,
before changing to rain Tuesday afternoon. Accumulations of 1-3
inches are expected, with 2-4 inches across the Tug Hill. There will
be a brief period of blowing snow as well Tuesday morning before
temperatures warm above freezing. Winds may gust up to 40 mph
Tuesday.

Lake effect snow will develop southeast of Lake Ontario Wednesday,
and continue through Thursday. The greatest accumulations are
expected from late Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
