Total snow accumulations 1 to 2 feet in the most persistent lake snows. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest accumulations will focus on the Tug Hill region of southern Jefferson, northern Oswego, and western Lewis counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Wednesday. The heaviest snow and greatest impact to travel is expected to be Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads.
