...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis counties. Highest winds expected
  along the north slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau, northern Black
  River Valley, and near Fort Drum.

* WHEN...Unitl 5 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power
  outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
