...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS
EVENING...
...WIND CHILL WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM
EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow. Dangerously cold wind
  chills expected. Additional snow accumulations of 5 to 10
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Wind chills as low as
  40 below zero expected.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 PM EST this
  evening. For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening to
  7 PM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions will be through this
  morning. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Widespread accumulating snow will create dangerous travel
conditions.

Submit snow reports through our website or social media.

This is a potentially dangerous situation to be outdoors. If you
must be outside, be sure to cover all exposed skin. Frostbite can
occur in 15 minutes or less with apparent temperatures of
25 below zero or colder.

Bitterly cold temperatures -5 to -20F combined with a light wind
will continue wind chill temperatures -15 to -30F through Monday
night and into Tuesday morning.
