This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for western and north central New
York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A strong low pressure system is expected to move northwest of the
area later in the week. This system will bring in much colder air
and the potential for accumulating lake effect snow along with
gusty winds. At this time, the more notable accumulations Thursday
into Friday appear to be east of the lakes, then shift southeast of
the lakes later Friday into Saturday.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
