Additional snow accumulations 10 to 18 inches in the most persistent lake snows across the central and southern Tug Hill Plateau, and 6 to 10 inches for surrounding lower elevations. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest additional accumulations will be across Oswego, western Lewis, and far southern Jefferson counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility and deep snow cover on roads. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
