MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches.

* WHERE...In New York, Southern Cayuga, Tompkins and Tioga
  counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford county.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Periods of rain, heavy at times today an may result in localized
poor drainage and urban flooding.

Gusty winds of 30-40 mph on Monday may knock down a few trees and
wires.

Rain Sunday night is likely to change to a period of snow with
several inches of accumulation, especially over the higher
elevations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Accumulating snow may lead to slick and hazardous travel conditions
for the Monday morning commute.

Spotter activation may be needed. Please relay any information about
