This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Showers may become heavy at times later this morning and into the
early afternoon hours. Low potential for localized minor flooding
issues, especially over the Catskills, Poconos and other areas that
have seen heavy rainfall recently.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wet and unsettled weather is expected again on Wednesday. Locally
heavy rainfall is possible which could cause isolated flash flooding
especially across the southern tier and northeast Pennsylvania where
soil conditions are already wet. Also, on Wednesday afternoon,
thunderstorms along a cold front may contain gusty winds. Monitor the
forecast for updates.

conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
