...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS
MORNING TO 10 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Southern Wayne, Susquehanna,
  Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming and Northern Wayne counties. In
  New York, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome,
  Onondaga, Seneca and Southern Cayuga counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.
