Behind a strong storm system west to northwest winds will increase
with gusts to 45 mph or stronger Sunday night through Monday night.
This, combined with the cold air temperatures could also lead to
cold weather headlines with wind chills dropping to -15F by Monday
night.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
  accumulations 4 to 8 inches, the bulk of which will occur from
  late Sunday morning through Sunday night. Ice accumulations of a
  few hundredths to two tenths of an inch possible, with the
  greatest amounts across far northern Erie and Genesee counties.
  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Erie, Monroe, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario,
  Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Gusty winds could bring down
  tree branches and cause isolated power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
