This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Snow and a mix of rain and snow will spread into central New York and
the north tier of Pennsylvania Friday night and last through Sunday.
The precipitation likely will fall mostly as a mix of rain and snow
in our valleys with more snow over the highest terrain. There is a
potential for several inches of snow or more over our higher terrain.
The valleys could see up to a few inches at best with many areas
potentially seeing less. There is still a lot of uncertainity related
to this storm so continue to monitor later forecasts.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
