Storm total snow accumulation of 5 to 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Northern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes today. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow will be nearest to the St. Lawrence River with a sharp gradient of lighter snow to the east.
