...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING
TO 7 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 1 and 5 inches and a light glaze of ice
  accumulation. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and central and southern
  Vermont.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
  morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
  branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will change over to a wintry mix during
  the mid morning hours, with some areas changing to plain rain
  during the afternoon.
