...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills 20 to 29
  below zero.

* WHERE...Much of northern Vermont and northern New York.

* WHEN...Through 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will be below zero into the
  morning hours with northwest winds of 5 to 10 mph. The coldest
  wind chills will occur from 4 AM to 8 AM this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

There continues to be considerable uncertainty with the track of a
coastal storm for the weekend. Eastern Vermont has the greatest
likelihood for accumulating snow, but the track of the storm will
have a big impact on amount of snow we see across the region.
