In Vermont, Bennington and Western Windham Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
