...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20
  to 29 below zero.

* WHERE...Central, northern and southern Vermont and northern New
  York.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will drop well below zero
  tonight into early Friday morning with northwest winds of 5 to
  10 mph expected across the region. The coldest wind chills are
  expected between 5 AM and 9 AM Friday with winds expected to
  weaken as the day progresses. Temperatures will remain on the
  cold side throughout the day with high temperatures only
  climbing into the single digits above zero.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
