TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast, eastern, and southern
  Vermont and eastern Adirondacks in New York.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down, causing isolated to scattered power
  outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected from 8 PM
  this evening through 9 AM Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING
TO 11 AM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 28
  below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northeast and northwest Vermont
  and northern New York.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Monday to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will plummet behind a strong
  arctic cold front this evening and gusty northwest winds will
  develop, producing very cold wind chill values. The coldest wind
  chills will occur between 1 AM and 9 AM Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
