northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

Hamilton, Oneida, Rome, Utica, Cortland, Owego, and Waverly

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Additional snow
  accumulations of 2 to 4 inches through the early evening. Winds
  gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Oneida, Onondaga, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison, Cortland
  and Tioga counties.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be more intermittent early this
  morning, but will tend to increase in coverage later in the day.
  While most of the expected snow has already fallen, strong winds
  will cause blowing snow, reducing visibility. Additional lake
  effect snow is expected later tonight into Tuesday, with a few
  more inches of snow possible in localized areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
