* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1
  and 3 inches bringing storm totals to 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Southern Oneida County.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
