Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. * WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Several rounds of lake effect snow showers, wind and any heavier snow showers may reduce visibilities as well.
