Northwest winds will be gusting between 25 to 40 mph at times overnight. Isolated power outages are possible. Wind gusts gradually diminish on Sunday, falling below 25 mph for most locations. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.
